*We love the fresh stuff, but subbing a store-bought watermelon purée for the watermelon + simple syrup works great, too.

Shake over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish said rocks glass with a black sea salt rim (we like Twang!) and watermelon wedge.
